BetKing Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the BetKing platform – including the website, mobile browser experience and dedicated mobile app – you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions without reservation. Your continued use of BetKing after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by BetKing including sports betting, live in-play betting, live casino, slots, bingo and esports betting. They also cover all account management functions including registration, deposits, withdrawals and any bonus or promotional participation.

BetKing may publish supplementary terms, rules or policies that apply to specific products or promotions. Where a specific set of rules applies to a product or offer, those rules take precedence over these general Terms in respect of that product or offer.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use BetKing, you must meet the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online sports betting and gaming is not prohibited for individual users.
• You must not be self-excluded from the platform or from online gambling in any form at the time of registration.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.

BetKing takes age verification seriously. If there is any reason to believe a registered user is under 18, the account will be suspended pending verification. Any deposits made by an underage user will be returned and no winnings will be paid out.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one BetKing account. Opening multiple accounts – whether under the same or different personal details – is a violation of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false or misleading information, including a false date of birth, is a serious breach of these Terms. BetKing may request supporting documents to verify the information provided at any point.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. This includes your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. You should not share your login details with anyone and should use a strong, unique password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact BetKing support immediately.

BetKing accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account or any balances held within it to another person.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Payments

All funds held on the BetKing platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. BetKing is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account identity must be verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• If a deposit was made via JazzCash or Easypaisa, the withdrawal will be processed back to the same channel where possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section.
• BetKing reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Funds deposited into your BetKing account are held for the purpose of betting and gaming on the platform. Depositing funds without the intention of using them for betting – for example, as a method of transferring or storing money – is not permitted and may result in account review.

5. Betting Rules & Bet Settlement

Bets placed on BetKing are subject to the market rules and limits displayed at the time the bet is placed. By confirming a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable market rules.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued. A bet is not valid if it has not been fully processed by the BetKing system.
• BetKing reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were opened in error or where odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability. BetKing does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets and may suspend betting on any event at any time.
• Settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport. BetKing will wait for an official result before settling markets and reserves the right to delay settlement pending confirmation.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance following settlement. No interest is paid on balances held on the platform.

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise the issue within 72 hours of settlement by contacting BetKing support. Disputes raised after this period may not be reviewed.

6. Cricket & PSL Market Rules

Cricket is the primary sport covered on BetKing and a number of specific rules apply to cricket markets given the nature of the sport.

• Match Result markets – If a match is abandoned without a result being declared, all match result bets are voided and stakes returned unless a result has been determined under Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, in which case the DLS result stands.
• PSL matches – Pakistan Super League fixtures are settled on the official result as declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). In the event of a Super Over, the Super Over result determines the winner.
• Over/Innings markets – Markets on specific overs or innings are voided if the relevant over or innings is not completed, unless settlement is already determined before the interruption.
• Player performance markets – If the named player does not participate in the match, bets are voided. If a player retires hurt, markets are settled on runs/wickets at the time of retirement.
• T20 Internationals and ICC events – Standard T20 rules apply. Matches reduced by weather are settled on the official result if a minimum number of overs has been bowled as per the relevant competition rules.

BetKing publishes full cricket market rules in the help section of the platform. Users are encouraged to review these before placing cricket bets, particularly for PSL and T20 markets where weather interruptions are a regular factor.

7. Live Casino, Slots & Bingo

The Live Casino, Slots and Bingo sections of BetKing are governed by the general Terms set out here as well as the individual game rules displayed within each game or table.

• Live Casino tables are operated by third-party studio providers. In the event of a technical failure during a live casino game, the hand or round in progress may be voided. The provider's decision on the outcome of any disputed round is final.
• Slots are operated by certified random number generators. Payout percentages (RTP) are displayed or available within individual game information panels.
• Bingo results are generated by a certified random number draw. Room schedules, ticket prices and prize structures are displayed within the Bingo section.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per table or game are displayed before you join. By joining a table or starting a game, you accept the limits in place.

8. Bonuses, Free Bets & Promotions

BetKing offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which are published alongside the promotion. The following general rules apply to all bonus offers unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds and free bets are credited to your account and cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings generated from bonus funds may be withdrawable once wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be turned over in qualifying bets before any associated balance becomes withdrawable. The exact requirement is stated in each offer's terms.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
• BetKing reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn before wagering requirements are met, the remaining bonus balance will be removed from your account.
• Bonuses denominated in PKR are credited to your bonus balance. Real money balance is used first for bets unless you opt into using a specific bonus.

9. Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BetKing and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other means to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Match fixing, betting on matches where you have inside knowledge, or any form of collusion with other users or with players/officials involved in a sporting event.
• Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or avoid account restrictions.
• Using the platform in connection with any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, miscalculated odds or system faults to place bets that would not otherwise be available at the displayed price.
• Using a VPN or other technical means to access the platform from a restricted territory.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing BetKing staff or other users.

Where prohibited activity is detected, BetKing reserves the right to void all bets placed and to withhold any associated funds pending investigation. BetKing may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

BetKing reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Reasons may include but are not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or a user-initiated request for self-exclusion.

If your account is suspended for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, your PKR balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any required verification steps have been completed.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting BetKing support. If you request closure for responsible gaming reasons, the closure will be treated as a self-exclusion and the account will not be reopened for the period you specify.

11. Privacy & Data

BetKing collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing and the provision of services. Full details of what data is collected, how it is used and how it is protected are set out in the BetKing Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may contact BetKing to request access to your personal data or to request corrections at any time.

12. Responsible Gaming

BetKing is committed to providing a safe betting environment for adults. The platform includes the following responsible gaming tools available to every account holder:

• Deposit Limits – Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much PKR you can deposit. Limits can be decreased immediately; increases take effect after a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders – Set a notification to alert you after a chosen amount of continuous activity on the platform.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion – Take a break from the platform for a defined period. During this time the account cannot be used and the exclusion cannot be cancelled early.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion – Permanently close your account. This cannot be reversed.

13. Limitation of Liability

BetKing provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous availability, the platform may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside BetKing's control. BetKing is not liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability.

BetKing is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from late or incorrect settlement of bets where this was caused by a data feed error from a third-party provider.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

BetKing may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified by a notice displayed upon next login. The updated Terms will be effective from the date published on this page.

If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure. Continued use of BetKing after updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
